Imagination and optimism help me design the future of my dreams.

Before joining the training industry I gained eight years’ experience in corporate FMCG and in financial services. Starting my career as a Sales Representative in Master Foods Poland, I continued as a Team Manager and finally Trade Marketing Manager. Working for Citibank I gained the position of the Head of the Training Department of retail banking. I also managed there recruitment services, the development centre and delivered sales and management training.

During my twenty years as a trainer, facilitator and a coach I delivered thousands of training hours and workshops for individual clients, as well as corporate managers and entrepreneurs. I specialise in management, business and life coaching, trainers’ development, sales and negotiations, assessment center. My coaching sessions are highly energising, and I use group process techniques to maximise the efficiency of the training. During my coaching activities I always follow the ICF code of ethics, supporting development of my corporate and individual clients.

Sailing, kite surfing and skiing give me energy for life and wellbeing. I also love reading books.
